Conditions of congenital heart disease in which atrial flutter is most likely
- Mustard/Senning repairs of TGA,
- Repaired or unrepaired ASDs
- Repaired tetralogy of Fallot
- Ebstein anomaly of the tricuspid valve
- After a Fontan operation
Atrial flutter may reflect hemodynamic deterioration in patients who have had Mustard, Senning, tetralogy of Fallot, or Fontan repairs.
