Orthostatic dyspnea coupled with a fall in oxygen saturation that disappears in the recumbent position
- Dyspnea and/ or hypoxemia that arises in the upright position a
- Also present in the sitting position.
- These symptoms are usually attenuated or disappear within a few minutes by assuming a lying position
