Conditions of congenital heart disease in which atrial flutter is most likely

  1. Mustard/Senning repairs of TGA,
  2. Repaired or unrepaired ASDs
  3. Repaired tetralogy of Fallot
  4. Ebstein anomaly of the tricuspid valve
  5. After a Fontan operation

Atrial flutter may reflect hemodynamic deterioration in patients who have had Mustard, Senning, tetralogy of Fallot, or Fontan repairs.
