26 Year female adult is diagnosed to have PDA on Echocardiogram with shunt >1.5 : 1.0 and subsequently planned for PDA device closure. After PDA closure she was followed up with echocardiogram and found to have residual shunt. Now how long the Endocarditis prophylaxis should be continued?
